- If you change your mind, you can exchange your product or receive a store credit within 30 days of the shipping date.
- Items must be unopened and in original packaging.
- Items must be shipped back to our Toronto location. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. (We are not responsible for lost packages)
- To exchange your purchase, simply contact us to place your new order and receive your return authorization number. Your exchange will ship within 1-3 business days after we receive your product(s). Please note, customer is responsible for return shipping unless original item is defective or damaged in shipping.
- If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will sort the issue out for you.
After 30 days (from shipping date), items cannot be returned and are a final sale. We pride ourselves in maintaining high quality standards and cannot take back items that have been used, damaged or are not clean. We like to ensure a level of integrity for other customers who may purchase a returned item and cannot in all confidence put items back on the shelf knowing they do not meet the above criteria.
Cancelling an Order
All cancellations are subject to credit card transaction fee charged by Shopify. To cancel an order, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to cancel your order and provide confirmation within 24 business hours. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment minus the transaction fee and shipping as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
