Shipping & Delivery Times

Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days for items in-stock. The delivery time could vary from 5-10 business days, depending on the courier.

Free shipping to all orders over $75 (CAD) within Ontario, $149+ in Canada, and all orders over $199 (CAD) within United States.

Exceptions included. Please see our shipping and return policy for more information.

Currently, orders are only shipped within Canada and the United States.


We are operating only as an e-commerce store so we do not have any in-person pick up locations.

To change or cancel an order, please contact us at as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to change/cancel your order and provide confirmation within 24 business hours. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.


We do not offer refunds on our products.

Exchange or store credit is available on all unused purchases in original packaging within 30 days from the date of shipping.

To exchange a product or return for store credit, you need to send them back within 30 days of the shipping date, provided that they have not been used, are in their original packaging.

We inspect all our products prior to shipping to insure there are no defects or flaws.
