Rest of Canada

• Free shipping on orders over $149 CAD (before taxes).
• Flat-rate shipping of $15 CAD for orders below $149 CAD.

United States

• Free shipping on orders over $199 CAD (before taxes) to the continental U.S.
• Flat-rate shipping for orders under $199 CAD:

Processing & Shipping Times

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays).
• Estimated delivery times:
  • Ontario & Quebec: 3-5 business days
  • Western Canada: 5-7 business days

Undeliverable Packages

If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, a lack of a suitable drop-off location, or failure to retrieve it from the post office, the package will be returned to us.

• In such cases, we will refund your order, minus shipping and return fees.

Free shipping is unavailable to remote or hard-to-serve areas. These include select postal codes in:

• Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut
• Remote areas in British Columbia, Manitoba, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic provinces
