- All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after processing excluding holidays and you will be notified of any delay. If there is an issue with delivery times or availability, we will contact you by phone or via email within 48 hours to discuss the shipping and delivery options.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
In the event that your package encounters delivery challenges due to an inaccurate address, absence of a suitable drop-off location, or a delay in retrieval from the designated post office, we wish to keep you informed.
Should the package be redirected back to our facility, rest assured that we will promptly initiate the cancellation and refund process for your order. However, a nominal deduction will be applied to cover the incurred shipping and return fees.
